- ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 avocados, sliced

Instructions
- Season the steaks with steak seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.
- In another skillet, melt the butter with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add the green beans and garlic, then sauté for 6–8 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle the green beans with seasoned breadcrumbs and toss to coat.
- Add romaine lettuce, avocado slices, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to a bowl and gently toss.
- Serve the steak with the green beans and avocado salad.
