- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 6 whole fresh strawberries, for topping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Divide the crumb mixture between 4 dessert glasses and press it lightly into the bottom.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
- Spoon or pipe the filling over the crumb base in each glass.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Top with extra whipped filling and fresh whole strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- For a firmer texture, chill longer (up to 4 hours).
- Swap strawberries with other seasonal fruits if desired.
