  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups brownie crumbs or crushed chocolate brownies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until a thick brownie batter forms.
  5. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream, then mix until fully combined.
