- 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved

Instructions
- Add watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, and cherries to a large serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime zest, lime juice, and honey if using.
- Drizzle dressing over the fruit.
- Gently toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with fresh mint just before serving.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes if desired, then serve cold.
