Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan or tube pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with the sour cream, mixing just until combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, crushed pineapple, and chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, pineapple juice or milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and top with chopped fresh strawberries before serving.

- Allow the cake to cool completely before glazing to prevent the glaze from melting.
