Ingredients

- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Season pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream, thyme, and parsley.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and simmer for 10–12 minutes until cooked through and gravy thickens.
- Spoon gravy over pork chops before serving.

- Use bone-in pork chops for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
