- 12 full graham cracker sheets
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 10×15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange graham crackers in a single layer.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, boil for 3 minutes, then add vanilla.
- Pour toffee mixture over crackers and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Spread marshmallow creme over hot toffee layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and return to oven for 1-2 minutes.
- Spread melted chocolate, then top with crushed graham crackers and salt.
- Cool for 15 minutes, then chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For easier cutting, use a pizza cutter.
- Substitute milk or dark chocolate chips if preferred.
