- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
- Flaky sea salt (like Maldon), for topping
Instructions
- Slice each date lengthwise (don’t cut all the way through) and remove the pit.
- Spoon about 1–1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter into each date.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Enjoy right away, or chill 10–15 minutes for a firmer bite.
