Description
No bake Oreo sushi rolls are a fun and easy dessert that kids and adults will love. Made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, rolled up with frosting and sliced into sushi-like pieces.
Ingredients
Scale
- 36 Oreo cookies (1 standard package), crushed into fine crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup vanilla frosting (or sweetened whipped cream cheese spread)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs (food processor works best).
- Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
- Place the Oreo dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a thin rectangle (about 1/4-inch thick).
- Spread vanilla frosting evenly over the Oreo layer, leaving a small border on one edge.
- Using the parchment to help, roll tightly into a log (like a jelly roll).
- Chill 30–60 minutes until firm.
- Slice into “sushi” rounds and serve.
Notes
- Easily customizable – try different frostings or add-ins like sprinkles.
- For a neater slice, use a sharp knife and wipe between cuts.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
