Description

No bake Oreo sushi rolls are a fun and easy dessert that kids and adults will love. Made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, rolled up with frosting and sliced into sushi-like pieces.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies (1 standard package), crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting (or sweetened whipped cream cheese spread)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs (food processor works best).
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
  3. Place the Oreo dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a thin rectangle (about 1/4-inch thick).
  4. Spread vanilla frosting evenly over the Oreo layer, leaving a small border on one edge.
  5. Using the parchment to help, roll tightly into a log (like a jelly roll).
  6. Chill 30–60 minutes until firm.
  7. Slice into “sushi” rounds and serve.

Notes

  • Easily customizable – try different frostings or add-ins like sprinkles.
  • For a neater slice, use a sharp knife and wipe between cuts.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
