    • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • Blueberry Layer:
    • 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (plus extra for topping)
    • 1/4 cup blueberry jam or preserves (optional, for extra swirl)
  • Topping:
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 23 tbsp powdered sugar
    • Lemon slices or curls
    • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened. Press firmly into a 9×9-inch pan. Chill while making the filling.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla, and beat until creamy.
  3. Whip 2 cups cold heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the lemon cream cheese mixture until fluffy and smooth.
  5. Spread half the lemon cream over the crust. Scatter 1 1/4 cups blueberries on top. Dollop jam/preserves (if using) and lightly swirl. Spread remaining lemon cream over the blueberries.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours (overnight is best) until firm enough to slice cleanly.
  7. Whip 1 cup heavy cream with powdered sugar and pipe swirls on top. Garnish with fresh blueberries, lemon curls/slices, and sprinkles if desired. Slice and serve cold.
