- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping, plus more for garnish
- 1 lime, sliced for garnish
- 1 tablespoon extra lime zest, for topping
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Beat until thick and smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.
- Spoon a layer of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Add a layer of the key lime filling over the crumbs.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the creamy filling on top.
- Spread or pipe extra whipped topping over the top.
- Sprinkle with extra lime zest and garnish with a lime slice.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
