A refreshing no-bake dessert with layers of graham cracker crust, creamy key lime cheesecake filling, and whipped topping.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice (or fresh lime juice)
- 1 tbsp lime zest (plus more for topping)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
- Lime wedges/slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Make the crust layer: Stir graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened.
- Mix the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until creamy. Mix in key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla until thick and silky.
- Layer: Press half the graham mixture into the bottom of a glass dish. Spread half the key lime filling over it. Repeat with remaining graham layer and remaining filling.
- Top & garnish: Spread whipped topping over the top. Finish with extra lime zest and lime wedges.
- Chill: Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is even better) to set before scooping.
Notes
- Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
- Chill overnight for firmer texture.
- Serve cold.
