A no-bake dessert combining chocolate and fresh fruit for a light and creamy treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (or orange juice)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks or mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 oranges, sliced into thin half-moons (or mandarin orange segments)
- Optional garnish: mint leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon juice until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in chocolate chunks and raspberries (save some fruit for topping).
- Spoon into a glass bowl or dessert cups. Top with orange slices, extra raspberries, and mint.
- Chill at least 2 hours (overnight is even better) before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen raspberries.
- Substitute orange juice for lemon juice if preferred.
- Chill overnight for best results.
