Instructions

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl (or double boiler), melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Let cool 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk in powdered sugar. Add eggs and egg yolks, then whisk until glossy and combined. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Fold in flour just until no dry streaks remain (don’t overmix).
