Description
No-bake mint Aero fudge bars with a chocolatey base, crushed graham crackers, and minty Aero Bubbles, topped with a swirled white chocolate mint layer.

- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
- 1 1/2 cups Mint Aero Bubbles (some whole, some halved), plus extra for topping
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for swirl topping)
- 1–2 drops mint extract (optional, for swirl topping)
- 1–2 drops green gel food coloring (for swirl topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, and crushed graham crackers.
- Fold in Mint Aero Bubbles (reserve some for topping).
- Press mixture evenly into the pan.
- Melt white chocolate chips, then stir in mint extract (optional) and green food coloring.
- Spoon white chocolate over the top and swirl with a toothpick.
- Press extra Mint Aero Bubbles into the top.
- Chill 2–3 hours until firm. Slice into bars.
Notes
- Use digestive biscuits if graham crackers are unavailable.
- Adjust mint extract to taste.
- Store chilled for best texture.
