Description

A rich and indulgent layered dessert combining fudge brownies, creamy peanut butter filling, and chocolate toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box fudge brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on the box
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions and bake in a 9×13-inch pan. Let the brownies cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, until it starts to thicken.
  4. Fold the pudding into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  5. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping to make the filling light and fluffy.
  6. Cut the cooled brownies into bite-size chunks.
  7. In a large glass bowl or 9×13-inch dish, add half of the brownie chunks as the first layer.
  8. Spread half of the peanut butter filling over the brownies.
  9. Add half of the remaining whipped topping over that layer.
  10. Sprinkle with half of the chopped peanut butter cups and mini chocolate chips, then drizzle with a little chocolate syrup.
  11. Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, peanut butter filling, whipped topping, chopped peanut butter cups, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup.
  12. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, chill the dessert for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • You can use homemade brownies instead of a mix.
