- 1 box fudge brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on the box
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 boxes (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups mini peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions and bake in a 9×13-inch pan. Let the brownies cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, until it starts to thicken.
- Fold the pudding into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Gently fold in half of the whipped topping to make the filling light and fluffy.
- Cut the cooled brownies into bite-size chunks.
- In a large glass bowl or 9×13-inch dish, add half of the brownie chunks as the first layer.
- Spread half of the peanut butter filling over the brownies.
- Add half of the remaining whipped topping over that layer.
- Sprinkle with half of the chopped peanut butter cups and mini chocolate chips, then drizzle with a little chocolate syrup.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, peanut butter filling, whipped topping, chopped peanut butter cups, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill the dessert for at least 1 hour before serving.
- You can use homemade brownies instead of a mix.
- Adjust the amount of chocolate syrup to your preference.
