Juicy Greek-inspired chicken burgers packed with Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lb ground chicken
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or parsley + dill mix)
- 2 Tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained & chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (for the pan)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until just combined.
- Form into 4 patties with a dimple in the center.
- Cook in a skillet for 4–5 minutes per side until 165°F.
- Rest 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki, cucumber, tomato, and pita/buns.
- Refrigerate cooked patties up to 4 days.
- Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
