Juicy Greek-inspired chicken burgers packed with Mediterranean flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 lb ground chicken
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or parsley + dill mix)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained & chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs (or panko)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for the pan)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until just combined.
  2. Form into 4 patties with a dimple in the center.
  3. Cook in a skillet for 4–5 minutes per side until 165°F.
  4. Rest 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with tzatziki, cucumber, tomato, and pita/buns.
  • Refrigerate cooked patties up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
