Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast for 25 minutes, then flip the wedges.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
- Return to oven and roast for an additional 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
