Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Cheesy Pasta is a quick and delicious meal perfect for weeknight dinners. Tender steak bites are seared and tossed in garlic butter, then served alongside creamy, cheesy pasta for a comforting dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in garlic butter. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  6. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  7. Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
  8. Add cheddar and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  9. Toss cooked pasta with the cheese sauce until fully coated.
  10. Serve steak bites alongside creamy pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Use a high-quality sirloin steak for the best results.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
