Description
Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Potatoes is a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner. Tender steak bites are seared and coated in garlic butter sauce, served with crispy golden potatoes.

- 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1½ lbs baby gold potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt

- ½ teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes in salted water for 12–15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed and heat over high heat.
- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add steak to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, stirring to coat steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
- Return potatoes to the skillet or serve alongside the steak.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use high heat for searing steak to get a good crust.
- Cut steak into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
