- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake uncovered for 14–16 minutes, until salmon is flaky and cooked through.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes if desired to lightly brown the topping.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
