- 2 whole lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat up to rest on top of the shell.
- Melt butter with olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add lobster tails meat-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Flip lobster, spoon garlic butter over the meat, and cook another 3–4 minutes until opaque and tender.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
