  • 2 whole lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat up to rest on top of the shell.
  2. Melt butter with olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add lobster tails meat-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Flip lobster, spoon garlic butter over the meat, and cook another 3–4 minutes until opaque and tender.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and remove from heat.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
