A simple and healthy frozen snack featuring banana slices with nut butter, dipped in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 3 large bananas
- 1/3 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate of choice
Instructions
- Slice the bananas into pieces about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread a little nut butter on one banana slice, then top with another slice to make a sandwich.
- Place the bites on wax paper on a cookie sheet and freeze until solid, at least 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Dip each frozen banana bite into the melted chocolate, place it back on the wax paper, and freeze for another hour.
- Transfer to an airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas for best results.
- For a dairy-free option, use dark chocolate.
- Store in the freezer to maintain freshness.
