Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Fold in sliced peaches, chopped fruit, and raspberries.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or layer into a glass dish.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or granola over the top.
- Add chopped nuts if desired and garnish with fresh mint.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
