  • 1 1/2 cups apple pie filling, chopped

  • 1/2 cup streusel crumbs or crushed graham crackers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into dessert cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Layer cheesecake filling over crust, then add apple pie filling.
  4. Top with caramel sauce and extra apple pieces. Add streusel if desired.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
