- 1 1/2 cups apple pie filling, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup streusel crumbs or crushed graham crackers (optional)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into dessert cups.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Layer cheesecake filling over crust, then add apple pie filling.
- Top with caramel sauce and extra apple pieces. Add streusel if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
