Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape mixture into small logs or oval patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook kofta for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Arrange kofta on a plate with hummus, cucumber, and tomato salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix the beef mixture to keep the kofta tender.
- Serve warm for best flavor.
