  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape mixture into small logs or oval patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook kofta for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Arrange kofta on a plate with hummus, cucumber, and tomato salad.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
