  • Wooden skewers (soaked 20 minutes if grilling)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Make the sauce: Whisk mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Skewer: Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  4. Cook: Grill on medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes total, turning occasionally, until nicely charred and chicken reaches 165°F. Alternatively, broil in the oven for 6–8 minutes per side or air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking/turning halfway.
  5. Sauce it up: Drizzle (or brush) Bang Bang sauce over the hot chicken skewers. Garnish with chopped parsley/cilantro and serve.
