- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs (graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or digestive biscuits)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (if making a firmer “crust” layer)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/3 cup chocolate shavings or chopped chocolate
- Optional: pinch of sea salt for salted caramel flavor
Instructions
- Make the vanilla cream layer: Whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes. Let thicken 5 minutes, then fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Prep the crumb layer: Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter (optional) for a sturdier crunch layer, or use plain crumbs for softer layers.
- Layer the parfaits: In clear cups, add a layer of cookie crumbs, a layer of vanilla cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a layer of banana slices. Repeat layers until cups are full.
- Top: Finish with a swirl of whipped topping, banana slices, a drizzle of caramel (add a tiny pinch of sea salt if desired), and chocolate shavings.
- Chill: Refrigerate 30–60 minutes before serving for best texture.
