Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden.
- Mash avocado and spread evenly over each slice of toast.

- Whisk eggs (and milk if using) with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add eggs and gently scramble until soft and fluffy.
- Serve scrambled eggs alongside the avocado tomato toast.
